I also used the online reservation system and was able to find the $19.99 rates, so you can book online instead of calling.
#3 – The One Buck Buffet* at Bally’s Casino
It’s the best deal and the easiest comp in Tunica. Just earn and redeem one comp dollar and enjoy a great breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet. You can even use the One Buck Buffet* everyday of the week.
Not sure how much coin-in generates one comp dollar, but it probably isn’t too tough. If anyone has more details, please post below.

Gamble for 30 Minutes using your Total Rewards(R) card and they will give you a free meal at the all-you-can-imagine buffet.
Looks like the dates are only available from November 1 – 30th, and I think you need to check with the players club booth for the exact requirements.
